Job Summary
As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital strategies for both our internal operations and client projects. Supporting the BOD and engaging with client's level executives, you will manage and oversee projects across CDP, e-commerce, website and app development, and CRM to enhance customer experiences and optimize business performance.
Job Responsibility
- Plan and execute in-house Digital Strategy.
- Plan a digital marketing transformation strategy.
- Create the digital marketing transformation proposal (CDP/e-commerce/Website development/App development/CRM).
- Manage projects when implementing measures.
- Supervise reports to clients.
- Negotiate with the client's C level.

- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities.
- Organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Ability to make a proposal document using PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
Education and Experience
- Deep understanding of Vietnam's Digital Marketing market.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Online Marketing and measurement.
- Demonstrated experience in CDP, e-commerce, website/app development, and CRM.
- Proven ability to plan and implement digital transformation solutions.
- Experience in project management within the digital marketing transformation domain.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
