Mô Tả Công Việc

Our client is F&B business and diversify portfolio and strong brand awareness in Vietnam and Asia. We are looking for Finance and Admin Director joining our exciting journey.

This position will be responsible for all management practices of Finance and Admin and be Finance business partner for the business. This manager will report directly to the CEO.

General Responsibilities:

•       Assume customary and relevant duties as Finance Director working closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors to develop strategic financial plans

•       Assume day-to-day management of the accounting team based in HCMC

•       Manage all financial and accounting activity for the Company

•       Oversee financial and accounting reporting for the other local and international subsidiary companies

•       Oversee the modeling, financial compliance, set up and reporting for businesses in new markets in line with the company’s growth strategy of opening bars in locations

•       Oversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets across the group, monitor progress and present operational metrics both internally and externally

•       Represent the Company at various community activities; Meet and network regularly with business leaders in the community

•       Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis

•       Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team

•       Engage the board finance committee around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model and operational delivery

Financial and Operational Management:

•       Ensure that finance staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and monitor the use of all funds

•       Work with all teams to ensure that systems such as EKOS (sales and brewery management) and Revel POS are correctly configured and used by all team members so the company has clean numbers and efficient systems for tracking

•       Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s accounting regulations and coordinate all audit activities

•       Prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements

•       Manage cash flow and forecasting; lead all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting

•       Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures, processes, and administration, recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the systems going forward

•       As a startup we expect all staff to be flexible and help out as needed as their roles grow and develop with the rapid growth of the company

HR and Admin Management

•       Acts as a key contact point for the employees and business managers for all the HR related deliverables

•       Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes for the specific business assigned

•       Manages complex and difficult internal HR Projects cross-functionally

•       Facilities the management team to bring the best solution for employees

•       Manage Recruitment task

•       Follow up the implementation Pre-employment processes

•       Ensure salary and other benefits of employees are fully implemented and on time

•       Manage PIT, ensure that PIT of employees are calculated accurately and submitted as instruction of Tax Department

•       Manage and implement quarterly PIT reports, year-end PIT account

•       Ensure that company has already implemented the contribution of SI, HI, UI appropriate with the regulations of Government

•       Ensure all of the employees' information is always fully updated, accurate and in security

•       Manage the process of works, the labor contracts in relating to new offer, adjustment and extension

•       Recommend, advise General Manager and Board of Directors to build the human resource policies, welfares appropriate with the company's business strategy applied at each stage of development of the company

•       Organize the probationary performance evaluation; assess monthly and yearly achievement for employees

•       Follow up and maintain the compliance of the employee discipline

•       Draft, compose and submit all decisions of human resource issued by the Board of Directors

•       Implement reports about salary, human resource for internal and Government agencies

•       Answer, assist, explain the regulations of human resource works and wage labor for employees

•       Follow up, review and implement procedures for foreign employees: Work Permit, Visa, Temporary Residence Card, ect.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA, ACCA, MBA preferred.
  • Above 5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years people management experience. Manufacturing experience prefer.
  • World class in key areas supporting the business (taxation, internal controls, systems transformation, accounting, and reporting function)
  • End to end understanding of the business, drawing insights from numbers to add value across key business segments and processes.
  • Vietnamese, English proficiency required.
