Your role:
-
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs of the organization, and implement HR strategies and solutions that align with the company’s Operating Model. This includes overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring that all HR practices support the overall business goals.

Support Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and business leaders in addressing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering positive work relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to create a healthy and productive work environment.

Advise Leadership on HR Solutions: Offer strategic advice and counsel to business leaders on the best HR tools, solutions, and practices available, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge to make informed people-related decisions that drive success and alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead HR Projects: Spearhead and manage key HR initiatives, from the design and implementation of new HR programs to evaluating their success. Ensure these projects meet business needs, are executed on time, and adhere to local labor regulations.

Ensure Compliance with Local Labor Regulations: Ensure that all HR practices, policies, and programs comply with relevant local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and work proactively to mitigate any legal risks.

Ensure Legal Compliance: Take responsibility for ensuring that all people-related activities are in full legal compliance, including but not limited to hiring, compensation, benefits, performance management, and termination processes.

Ensure Alignment and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and ensure alignment between key internal stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and HR teams. Collaborate across different business units to ensure people strategies are executed effectively and consistently.

Shape Talent and Performance Culture: Lead initiatives that cultivate a high-performance culture, promoting the development of key talent within the organization. You will drive necessary changes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and talent retention.

Attract and Retain Talent: Create an inspiring work environment that attracts top talent, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market. Focus on attracting a diverse, skilled workforce that stays ahead of industry trends and continually develops their skills.
