Mô tả công việc
- Supervise, manage and implement all activities of the HR & GA including IT staff, Medical staff, cleaners.
- Report, support and give suggestion to Administration Department Manager to manage and handle issues related to HR & GA issue.
- Be responsible for building the company's personnel development system referring Idemitsu head office system.
- Manage the company's legal matters including contract signing and management, contact with related companies and law firms.
- Public relations activities such as dealing with government, building relationships with companies in the neighborhood, taking care of neighbors, and serving as a point of contact for problems.
- Update & Improve rules/ regulations and procedures related to the Admin Department.
- Build up Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (coordinate with company Trade Unions).
- Prepare budget for HR & GA.
- Manage monthly outsource services such as car rental, security, lawn care, accomodation, taxi,..
- Organize Company events.
- Responsible for other HR activities including: recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, cycling the appraisal and employee development.
- Handle all Human Resources operations such as: job offers, labor contracts, transfer decisions, promotions/demotions, labor discipline handling, new employee orientation training,…
- Manage procurement, maintenance, and repair activities related to HR & GA.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Administration Department Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University or above major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics.
- At least 6 years in similar position (preferred in foreign enterprises)
- Having good communication skills and relationships with State agencies.
- Good command in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have experience about HR and legal matter (especially in Laws of Labor, Social Insurrance)
- Effective work management skills
- Teamwork, under high pressure
