The position is a bridging role between the senior managers, the BOD, HR Team and all Members. The role is expected to improve long-term employer brand through enhance the team efficiency through variety of learning and development activities. The role is also an ambassador, who maintains smooth communication and information exchange between BOD and all Members. Positive team spirit and corporate values representation is another dimension to measure success of the role.
More details of duties will be discussed in the meeting such as: Talent Acquisition; Performance Management; Talent Development; Learning and Development;Compensation and Reward; Employee Relation

- At least 3 continuous years of experience in recruitment
- At least 3 continuous years of experience in people management with proven record (applicable for management level only)
- Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels;
- Be results driven and focused on delivery of committed outcomes;
- Ability to control personal emotion
- A professional, independent, confident, excellent team-work and knowledge-sharing spirit;
- Passionate with HR Recruitment field, excellent CAN-DO attitude;
- Advanced written and spoken English, computer literacy;
- Client service oriented and result oriented;
- Matured communication, problem handling, and interpersonal skills;
- Out-going, flexible
- Leadership skill (applicable for management level)
