Lead the company's business operations to achieve growth targets. Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
Hold primary responsibility for the company's Business and Finance aspects.
Identify the structure of the immigration industry and shape the company's future.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
Analyze problematic situations and incidents, providing solutions to ensure the company's sustainability and growth.
Build trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for shareholders.
Lead and motivate subordinates to foster employee engagement and develop a high-performing management team.
Source, build, and develop human resources throughout the organization.
Support departments in client acquisition, file evaluation, and advising on suitable investment and immigration pathways.
Stay updated on investment and immigration program information and visa policies in various countries.
Attend events introducing investment and immigration programs to stay informed.
Participate in business associations and relevant immigration industry organizations.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Services, Languages, Foreign Languages, Education, or related fields.
Preference for candidates who have studied or lived abroad.
International English certificate equivalent to a minimum of CEFR Level B2.
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the immigration industry.
Knowledge and experience in consulting on and processing investment and immigration files for markets such as the US, Canada, Australia, etc.
