A leading global provider of packaging solutions, specializing in steel can is seeking in-house counsel or corporate lawyer or corporate counsel, general counsel with the following details:
- Responsible for reviewing contracts assigned by various departments.
- Responsible for handling various permits (BP) and notifying relevant parties about the permits.
- Provide legal advice.
- Draft the agenda for the board of directors' meetings and shareholders' meetings.
- Draft contracts that align with the company's business.
- Personal data protection officer.
- Other jobs as per requires from BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Good understanding of in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Law, Economic Law, Labor Law
- Lawyer certificate is advantage
- 05 – 07 years of work experience in legal practice at manufacturing companies, well-versed in: corporate law, investment law, contract law
- Good Command of English both written and spoken, Chinese is a pluz
- Good at using office software.
