Our client is one of the world’s leading testing service providers with more than 20,600 employees and annual revenues of around 2 billion Euros, we are looking for talent for the positon of ISO Lead Auditor with:
Job Description:
- Conduct auditing jobs (document review, preparing audit plan for the on-site audit activities, conducting on-site audit; preparing, reviewing and distributing the audit report/plan; follow up the corrective actions from customer, submit the audit report for final approval).
- Manage client expectations and the delivery of services according to TRG policy and procedures
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding Systems services and whenever necessary, keep sharing information to Sales team and Systems team to know about the main concerns of customers.
- Stay updated of the related market regulations as well as technical requirements; continuously study and inform the sales team about major changes of those.
- Support other company services such as training, inspection or customer care (seminar, technical support) on requirement.
- Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 4 years’ experience including 3 years working for Quality Manager directly involved in ISO standards of 9001, 14001 and 45001 (basic standards) + specific ISO standards related to education background such as IT, or Mechanical/ Mechatronic, or Electrical/ Electronic, or Environment, or Textile/ Garment.
- Have audit experience such as internal audit, second party audit, third party audit
- Have Lead Auditor Certificate and qualified as Lead Auditor (preferable).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- High analytical/ observation skills and leadership skills.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
