IT help desk of the company with details:
- Maintain and repair all IT assets in the company, the office equipment/tools such as PC, laptop, printer, fax machine, scanner, photocopy machine, modem/router, server/hosting, company website, switchboard…;
- Set up and configuration of PCs for all Staffs;
- Maintain backup of the company’s data, ensure the lowest downtime of IT system, local network and Internet work;
- Maintain the good performance of network and services;
- Check and monitoring IT system of company, server system, system domain, mail system, web hosting, system engineer and security…;
- Advise on system upgrades or replacement equipments;
- Collaborate with other departments and perform tasks as assigned related to IT matters.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from Uni.– major in IT/ Computer Science/ Computing/ Computer Engineering/ Cybersecurity/ Network Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunications … or related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT Help desk, working with the system domain, mail systems, web hosting, system engineering and security
- Proficiency in server & basic network administration, database installation and management, operating systems, and data backup systems.
- Good English communication, reading and writing skills (able to read technical materials in English)
