Mô tả công việc
A leading fertilizer company is seeking talent with experience of inhouse legal for the position of Legal Leader as following:
- Internal legal consultant;
- Communication with any legal firm the company's contract;
- Prepare any legal documents (Template of contract, documents for MC meeting…);
- Review of any legal documents requested by BOD
- Arrangement for license obtainment & amendment;
- Bureau for compliance issue;
- Update of any related regulation change;
- Translation of official documents;
- Cooperating with relevant Dept. for bad debt collection or legal issue solving (e.g. attending court, negotiating with the competent authorities);
- Others related to legal matters and when requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University or Master graduate; major in law.
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a must
- At least 5- 10years’ experiences in legal & litigation position.
- Must have experience in Commercial/Economic Law and has experience working for enterprisese and law offices/law firms
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
