Production Supervisor

Our client provide total packaging solutions to meet our customers needs in a wide range of areas, such as food, beverages, dairy and home & personal care products, we are looking for Production Supervisor or CONVERSION SECTION LEADER with details:

To ensure that all personnel within the department adhere to the Work Procedures and Instructions, and that these are updated as necessary.

To ensure that quality standards are maintained.

To ensure that departmental targets are met, implementing any changes necessary to achieve the required standard.

Monitor and control operating costs within your department.

Provide Production Manager with weekly and monthly reports

Ensure the Production Manager is kept informed on all key issues.

To manage the personnel within the department

To ensure the accuracy of all data recorded on Conversion data base.

To keep up to date with technical and process developments throughout the company.

Ensure that all machinery and the department facilities are kept in excellent condition.

Ensure the maintenance schedule is adhered to and the stock of spare parts controlled.

Work closely with technician in the Fuji Group to develop a Film Department strategy

To provide a safe system of work for all Conversion Section personnel, and ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.

To protect and enhance the goodwill of the Company and its reputation for good trading and ethical conduct.

5 years of experience working as the position of production manager or supervisor with over 150 head accounts

Has a sound functional and technical knowledge of film/packaging/label printing line process/packaging.

Able to work with foreigner in English
