Mô Tả Công Việc
We are seeking potential candidate for Sales Admin staff with details:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and managing documents, contracts, and quotations.
- Handle customer requests, update customer information and orders in the system.
- Track the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate communication between customers and the sales department.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, compile, and analyze sales data to create regular reports.
- Manage, update, and store records and documents related to sales activities.
- Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, accounting, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Support organizing meetings and internal events for the sales department.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage work schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries for the sales team.
- Handle administrative procedures related to contracts, payments, and other relevant documents.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree – major in Economics/ Business Administration/ Foreign Trade/ Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience of sales admin in foreign company
- Good command of English; familiar well with Computer: MS Office / Internet
- Good at communication skill & sales assistance skill
- Having working experience at least 01 year
- Salary be negotiated (depend on experience & competence)
