Mô tả công việc
*Sales function
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong networking relationship with Chinese corporate clients, professional network or B2B sales channels related to similar products.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing B2B corporate customers, providing ongoing support, insights, and recommendations to enhance profitability and service quality.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams during contract implementation to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, while developing and executing an annual business plan.
- Collaborate with product development, accounting, and other departments to align sales and business development strategies with the company's objectives and EBIT goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, develop market-responsive products, and explore new business opportunities.
- Drive new client acquisition through a professional and strategic sales approach.
*Sales Admin function
- Manage jobs related to support sales: Create PO, Sales Order & Delivery, work on SAP system, work with other related departments.
- Manage payment for expenses of sale team.
- Manage weekly and monthly reports: debt, samples management,...
*Procurement function
- Conduct supplier research, market analysis, partner discovery, and partner development based on a precise understanding of the purchase request.
- Discover suppliers and execute contracts considering market trends, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Secure competitive sourcing advantages through negotiations on price, payment terms, and service levels.
- Manage supplier portfolio and evaluate suppliers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Having at least 10 years experiences in a similar position
- Prefer experience in B2B sales: kitchenware, FMCG, gift and service supply or merchandise development.
- Fluent in English, Chinese
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales, marketing, products strategies that drive business growth.
