Mô tả công việc
- Identify and develop new customers in industries such as food packaging, electronics, retail, and manufacturing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Present and promote the company’s plastic tray products to potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in bussiness, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency. • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainly.
- Proficient in Word, Excell, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- At least 03-05 year experienced as in plastic industries is prefer.
- Strong command in English + Japanese is an advantage
