Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets for Process Automation products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean electronics manufacturers in Vietnam to expand market presence and foster long-term business partnerships.
- Maximize sales opportunities and customer retention through regular written and verbal communication, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.
- Provide technical consultations to customers, including product demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical support during the sales process.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and lead commercial negotiations related to product pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (factory, service team, parts sales team, agents) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in and organizing seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the supervisor or management team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly systems, factory automation, or related technical products is an advantage.
- Native Korean speaker with strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
