Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance local sales revenue, focusing on direct customers rather than co-loaders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, goals, and budgets through effective planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable market intelligence to shape sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular sales calls and visits.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and credit terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Representing the company at industry events such as exhibitions and conferences to build brand visibility and network with potential customers.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
- High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams.
- University graduated.
- Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
