Mô Tả Công Việc
Our client is a foreign venture company. We are manufacturing wooden furniture for exporting to Canada and the USA market. We are looking for Sales Manager with details:
- Focus on new business development and customer relationship building, you will deliver financial, volume and trading objectives across the global markets
- Responsible for sales and marketing strategies, plans and budgets, for driving sales and profitability of our furniture products through importers and distributors in the defined markets.
- You will be responsible for the sales, management, expenses, promotions and other marketing activities for managing the commercial relationship with our importers and distributors in each market.
- Carry out extensive market research about industry, local and imported products, pricing, distributions channels, distributors, competitors, potential customers and market potential and import regulations
- Work with Director on establishing an appropriate market entry, marketing and sales strategies, plans and budgets
- Be involved in the design and development of products for the Vietnamese market
- Effectively and strategically present opportunities to customers;
- Conduct face-to-face presentations, closing selling opportunities, renewing, managing and maintaining acquired business to drive revenue and achieve overall revenue goals;

- Candidate must be University Degree holder in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing
- At least 5 years successful managerial experience in furniture products
- Must have proven track record in export management
- Good working knowledge of international trade, marketing and brand building
- Sound knowledge of P&L, exports, consolidations and logistics
- Previous experience or understanding of supply-chain is a plus
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office
- Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing) and willing ness to travel
- Pleasant, open-minded personality with strong customer service and intercultural orientation
- Self-motivated, committed, well organized and efficient with a passion and drive to succeed
