- In charge of quality control in company’s Contract Manufacturers, lead and drive the quality improvement in CMs and handle the customer quality complaints to satisfy customer.
- Handle supplier’s quality issue effectively and timely to protect customers, drive supplier to take containment, corrective and prevention actions with 8D methodology.
- Co-work with GCQ to handle sorting activity and RMA process for customer complaints, support GCQ on fast 8D response to satisfy customer.
- Closely work with MPE on daily supplier’s quality performance management by driving yield and capacity improvement to support operation.
- Lead and organize the on-site process audit for the new and existing suppliers, plan and perform regular QMS audit at suppliers to monitor supplier’s quality system performance, drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier.
- Work with cross function team to support customer audit when needed, drive the continuous improvement from suppliers for the NC findings.
- Take plant AQP role to conduct related qualification for new project development, including FAI/DVPR/QP/MSA/PPAP etc. Make sure a successful product/tool qualification and safe launch.
- Lead ship assessment/Deviation review with all stakeholders in both NPI and mass production phase, utilizing risk-base thinking to ensure the delivery quality.
- Take responsibility to handle the PCN from supplier and make sure any change is verified and approved prior to implement in CM side.
- Support the project transfer from site to site, work with stakeholders to come out the comprehesive qualification plan and lead process and product qualification to make sure a safe transfer.
- Perform internal audit to support Virtual Plant’s QMS maintenance.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager and team leaders.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in quality department, 3 years experience in supplier quality management
- Experienced in Connector assembly manufacturing, electronic products or related industry
- Be familiar with quality tools, e.g., 8D methodology, APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC etc.
- Strong communication skills within internal and external
- Be familiar with Stamping/Molding/Assembly process
- Good GD&T knowledge
- Fluent in English communication (work with English-speaking stakeholders directly)
- Be familiar with ISO9001
- Integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, good work attitude
- Self- discipline and teamwork spirit
- Able to travel domestically and oversea
- Connector manufacture process knowledge (prefer)
