- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Design and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
- Drive technical strategy, technology selection, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality through best practices and testing methodologies.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and project challenges proactively.
- Participate in hands-on development when necessary, especially for critical features and architectural components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Promote Agile development processes and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of engineering team members.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
