Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Design and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
Drive technical strategy, technology selection, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality through best practices and testing methodologies.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and project challenges proactively.
Participate in hands-on development when necessary, especially for critical features and architectural components.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Promote Agile development processes and continuous improvement within the team.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of engineering team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
