Job Description

Our client is a global enterprise with companies in almost every country. Their primary areas of business include human and veterinary pharmaceuticals; consumer healthcare products; agricultural chemicals and biotechnology products; and high value polymers. 

Job description:

·      To liaise with Global SBUs & Brand Leaders to identify brand opportunities and to develop in-depth understanding of global brand strategies

·      To develop and implement sustainable successful marketing strategies to build the assigned Consumer Care brands

·      To work with the advertising/media agencies and other suppliers to develop and execute best-in-class consumer advertising and communication campaigns

·      Participate and proactively contribute to the yearly budget planning process, providing inputs on areas such as improved advertising and promotion plans, brand opportunities/NPD, market knowledge and competition, and improved trade activities

·      To achieve the set net sales targets for the brands, whilst managing and controlling the P&I expenses of the assigned brands as per the allocation agreed by the management

·      To ensure that Corporate Compliance & policies and procedures are enforced within BHC standards. Responsible for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry code of ethics

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medical, Business Administration or related area is preferable

·      Minimum 3–5 years brand management or marketing experience

·      Good leadership skill Strategic thinking

·      Pro-active approach with focus on adding value to the business

·      Good analytical and project management skills

·      Strong ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently

·      Have capability to solve the problem internally and externally

·      Good command of English – written and oral
