- English level: C
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Preferably working in Customer Service or Customer Relation
- At least 3 years working as Supervisor or Assistant
- Sound knowledge of product functions and properties.
- Build close relationship with retailers
- Independent & flexible
- Can lead & coach the team to deliver objectives.
- Patient and with a positive attitude; able to control stress well
- Good interpersonal skills, including Communication, Negotiation, Problem-solving skills
- Has leadership and analytical skills.
