Job Description

 

• Lead Direct Sales Team’s operations to achieve or exceed sales target set to the team and to each sales staff
• Maintain relationships with existing customers at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship and be responsible for expanding new customers
• Develop attach plans for key Direct prospects and close Direct customer business
• Develop and maintain Customer Database for Direct Sales Channel
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends
• Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats
• Develop strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met
• Ensure Sales force is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis to promote the organization’s products or services
• Track personal and report sales statistics and report on status of pending contracts for personal and team targets
• Develop and deploy plans to increase Direct Sales Team’s performance in coordination with the Director of Sales
• Improve Direct Sales Team on selling & close deal skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, problem solving

Job Requirement

 

• Qualification: at least Bachelor in Economics or Engineering or related field
• Working experience: At least 3-5 years in Sales Leading position, preferable in Office Automation Equipment industry
• People management experience is a must
• Deeply knowledge of the market, Direct Sales channel network management
• Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach
• Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required
• Leadership skills, be able to influence other people
• Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports
• Sales oriented, result-oriented, active, self-motivated
• Good in English & computer literacy
