- Able to integrate well with the local team and provide strong service leadership
- Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the company service offer.
- Lead operation activities. Cooperate with other departments such as Sales, GX, PT, Marketing and inform staff of upcoming events, programs
- Interview, hire and train other staff when necessary
- Implement and supervise staff to follow standard procedures
- Monitor staff issues and handle disciplinary action if necessary
- Ensure all the revenues and expenses are under control
- Plan and strictly control monthly expense as well as other expenses
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably Business, Foreign Languages or Hospitality industry
- Communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Can work independently and under high pressure
- Good management skill.
- Ability to understand budget and financial statement.
- Handling complaint & solving problems skills
- Must exhibit good organizational and time management skills.
- Good coaching and motivational skills
