Description du poste

We are looking for an experienced CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager to lead and develop our CSR efforts across safety, environment, and social compliance in our sports footwear manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the CSR team to ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards.
  • Prepare for and support third-party and customer audits; implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and supervise workplace safety, environmental standards, and social compliance across all departments.
  • Conduct internal training and awareness programs for employees on CSR topics.
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve CSR practices and drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports to the CR Director and clients as required.
  • Perform other CSR-related duties as assigned by the CR Director.

Exigence de l'emploi

  • Bachelor's degree in Labor Protection, Environment, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR roles within the sports shoes or footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, environmental regulations, and global CSR standards (e.g. BSCI, SA8000, Higg Index, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
