Description du poste
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in our sports shoe manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance workforce while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle labor contracts, compensation & benefits, and HR policy updates.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive working environment.
- Support audits and client inspections related to labor and compliance.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and talent development.
- Lead or support initiatives for employee engagement and organizational culture improvement.
Exigence de l'emploi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management within the sports footwear or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Vietnam.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English or Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
