CSR Specialist

Evaluate, monitor, and report on social responsibility compliance (BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, Code of Conduct, etc.).
Assist in implementing and monitoring solar energy projects in the factory (installation, operation, performance monitoring, reporting).
Coordinate with third-party auditors and customers during social responsibility audits.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CSR, environmental, and safety standards are effectively implemented.
Collect data, develop improvement plans related to labor, environmental, and safety compliance.
Keep updated with legal regulations on labor law, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct training on CSR awareness and energy initiatives for internal staff when required.

1–3 years of experience in CSR, social compliance, or sustainability.
Experience with solar energy systems is an advantage but not required.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise with international clients and audit organizations.
Knowledge of international CSR standards such as BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, SA8000, ISO 14001, ISO 26000 is a plus.
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
