Digital Transformation Manager

The  Manager of Digital Transformation will play a key role in supporting the execution and management of digital transformation projects at The Company. This position will report directly to the Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with internal teams and clients to drive digital initiatives and improve digital customer experiences.

Digital transformation projects include the Website, App, the EC website, fan-base marketing, CDP, CRM, and Marketing Automation.

Job Responsibility

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital transformation projects. Contribute to client and in-house digital transformation projects under the guidance of the Director.
• Work closely with the digital transformation team to provide necessary support to the Director. Engage in collaborative efforts with other departments to integrate digital strategies across the company.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing digital transformation projects for clients. Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
• Contribute to the management of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Assist in supervising client reports and provide support in client negotiations.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and transformation. Apply this knowledge to contribute to innovative and effective strategies.

• Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate customer experience and draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or digital transformation roles.
• Proven working experience in the field of CDP/ e-commerce/ Website development/ App development/ CRM.
• Plan and execute CDP/ e-commerce/ Website development/ App development/ CRM.
• Project management experience in the field of CDP/ e-commerce/ Website development/ App development/ CRM.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
