Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Director of Market & Channel Development with proven experience in the Industrial Motor sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence and providing high-level technical consultations to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive channel distribution strategies specifically tailored for the industrial motor sector to drive long-term growth.

  • Network Excellence: Establish, expand, and optimize a robust nationwide network of specialized distributors and agents.

  • Performance Accountability: Take full ownership of channel revenue streams and the overall sales performance of the motor business unit.

  • Commercial Policy Design: Develop and refine sophisticated pricing structures, incentive programs, and partnership frameworks to ensure market competitiveness.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes to proactively propose high-impact commercial strategies.

  • Leadership & Talent Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and channel management team to achieve organizational excellence.

Exigence de l'emploi

  • Experience in senior management/director roles within the industrial motor industry.
  • Previous roles as Director, Head, or Senior Manager in business development or channel development for motor products.
  • Experience building and expanding distribution networks.
  • Strong professional network within the industrial motor ecosystem.
  • Strategic mindset with revenue and team management skills.
  • Business-level English communication.
  • Korean language skills are an advantage.
