Description du poste
- Visit customers either by phone or in person to discuss their needs on the dairy farms/ animal feed formulation;
- Provide suitable products with the customers’ needs;
- Work closely with dairy farms/ feed millers to improve the feed cost efficiency by improving feed conversion ratio, yield and quality;
- Sell animal feed and nutritional products to customers (dairy farms, animal feed millers etc.);
- Establish the business strategy, map up action plan to achieve leading position in the market;
- Being able to educate and promote new products to customer;
- Generate reports and assist others works assigned by the manager;
- Work with Head Quarter/ oversea suppliers/ producers for cargo ordering.
Exigence de l'emploi
- Male/female, age from 28-40;
- Bachelor in Agriculture/ Food Tech, economy and trade as a plus;
- Strong knowledge with min 5 years experienced in feed nutrition tech sales;
- Must be able to understand the animal feed nutrition market well;
- Fluent in English in others to report to foreign managers;
- Good ability of computing skills on Word/ Excel;
- Ability to settle the problem and good communication/ leadership skills;
- Determined, motivated and business-minded.
