A leading trading company in the Bakery & Flour Mill industry is looking for a Lab Specialist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests on bakery and flour mill products.
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
Analyze raw materials and finished products to maintain consistency.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product improvement.
Maintain accurate lab records and reports.

Exigence de l'emploi

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience in bakery, flour milling, or food laboratory testing is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English.
