THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote upcoming movie releases, enhance brand awareness, and drive box-office revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop 360° marketing strategies (Digital, PR, Social, Events, Partnerships) tailored for various film genres, from global blockbusters to indie/art-house cinema.
  • Distribution Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to define release timing, theater footprint, and distribution channels (Cinema/OTT/Digital).
  • Campaign & Budget Management: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle (Teasing, Launch, Sustaining) and manage multi-project budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Partnership & PR: Build and maintain strategic relationships with studios, press, KOLs, and key partners.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of the Marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze box office data and audience behavior to provide actionable insights and reports for future strategic decision-making.
  • Crisis Management: Develop frameworks to monitor market sentiment and handle communication crises to protect the film and corporate brand.

Exigence de l'emploi

  • Proven experience in Senior Marketing or Brand Management roles (experience in Entertainment/Media/F&B is a plus).
  • Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese cinema market and audience trends.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
