Established to cater to the dynamic demands of the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets, we specializes in providing innovative and sustainable packaging technologies. The company is seeking potential candidate for Service Engineer position with tasks such as:
- Be a technical support person in charge of the Machinery business of the company in the Vietnam market.
- Take care of the technical consultancy for the new and current projects.
- Work closely with Machinery sales to approach new customers and serve current customers.
- Work closely with the technical team to have appropriate solutions offered to each specific demand of the customers.
- Dealing directly with the regional supporting team for any related issue to Machinery
- Follow up and handle any technical complaints from customer until it’s solved.
- Making prompt report about technical issue for internal and external checking.
Exigence de l'emploi
- Good health, guaranteed for work pressure, no chronic diseases;
- Ethical, honest, careful, calm, able to lead, decisive;
- Dynamic, sociable, good communication, responsible;
- Bachelor or Higher of Mechanical or Printing Technology
- Over 5 years experience in fiel service engineering in printing/packaging machine
- Good communicate in Englis
