Job Description
OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
As an Account Director, you’ll lead not only our client’s advertising campaigns but also their businesses to their success. More than just an adviser, you’ll be our client’s business partner who can know the client’s business in every aspect and combine consumers’ mindset with them. Then, your deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities will enable you to drive our staff to more qualified proposals and business results.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities through your client relationships by facing Directors or Managers from the client’s side
- Effectively translate and communicate client requirements
- Motivate and coordinate teamwork across all the company’s departments
- Consistently demonstrate your strategy and presentation skills to our staff to lead projects successfully
- Support continuous process improvements for projects among teams and clients
- Drive flawless service delivery and ensure overall client satisfaction
- Have a deep understanding of client business (Automobile) and be able to analyze consumers’ mindsets to support the Strategy department
- Analyze Reports (Digital ads, CRM, etc.), find issues, and come up with solutions
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Integrated Advertising Agency as level Account Manager or Director
- Experience in managing IMC campaigns and offline events
- Preferably has strong experience in running digital PDCA regularly to improve performance, i.e. Digital ads, CRM, etc.
- Experience in managing international teams is preferable
- Marketing knowledge of the Automobile industry
- Knowledge of both Digital and Traditional Media
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation and Digital Platforms (DMP/CRM/CDP etc.) is a plus
- Communication skills to face with directors or managers from the client side, etc.
- Strong time-management and coordination skills
- Native Japanese and good command of English
- Very strong analytical skills and the ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights is a plus
