Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for taking lead 360o Communication Campaign and connecting effectively with the client & internal team. This position also requires coaching for junior team members.
1. Main Duties
- Lead the team and integrate all necessary departments for pitching proposals (IMC campaigns, Creative direction)
- Communicate with the client (get brief, budget, explore brief, etc.) and measure Billing & GP
- Track sales & GP performance
- Coach team
2. Occasional Duties
- Join into internal training board
- Support other teams when needed
- Direct meeting with BOD
Job Requirement
- At least 7-9 years of experience in the Marketing & Communication industry
- Have knowledge in Communication, Marketing, and Research
- Having knowledge of Business Development is a plus
- A through-the-line background/ experience
- Deliver diversified business-driven solutions ranging from creative to IMC campaign
- Logical & Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution provider
- Planning skills
- Presentation skills
- Be able to communicate fluently and effectively both in Vietnamese & English
- Have leadership experience and organizational know-how
- Have people skills and collaboration talent
- Good coach for subordinators
