Job Description

Our client is the leading global manufacturer and supplier of office automation equipment. We are looking for [01] potential candidates for Account Manager (Thermal Media) position with below details:

  • Develop new customers, dealers. Handle current customers.
  • Market study to understand company position and competitors.
  • Willing to take a variety of task to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best solution.
  • Willing to take on task essential for meeting sales target.
  • Responsible for preparation for sales quotation, contract and all related document base on customer’s requirement.
  • To follow up closely on AR to avoid overdue and bad debts.
  • To full filled prompt and on time submission for reports required by management.
  • Established and maintain good relationship with valued customers.
  • To facilitate with other departments in resolving customer’s complaint and operational issues to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
  • Any other task /responsibilities assign by superior.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1-year experiences in autoID industry (barcode printer / ribbon / label)
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience working with dealers is advantage.
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Smart, hard working. Can do attitude.
  • Can use Microsoft office, computer and have internet skill.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Able to work with deadline.
  • Fluent in English.
