Job Description

Our client is one of the leading producers of video game shows and movies in Vietnam. We are looking for a potential candidate for Admin & HR Manager position with below details:

- Overall control human resource and administration activities such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, and general affair tasks
- Making proposal & planning to retain & develop human resources
- Supervise & assign tasks to subordinates
- Positively communicates and provides advice/consultancy to Management and staff for all HR issues.
- Keeps the balance between the Management’s requirements and Staff’s expectations on personal benefits.
- Builds up & development of effective HR policies:
- Job evaluation; salary benchmarking & administration; short-term and referral incentive plans; expatriate compensation; executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging
- Analyze and evaluate external market data and internal data about the current and projected employee population to develop salary budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement the organization's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs
- Supports issues relating to Company’s licenses and other duties as required by BOD from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 7 years HR experience, of which, at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • University degree or higher.
  • Be objective in decision making and be able to explain the rationale with transparency.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments; Ability to clearly communicate with Company’s members about the Organization’s goals, objectives and Management’s decision.
  • Good management and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of general administration.
