Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Treasury Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the execution and distribution of FX and Interest Rate derivative products. You will act as a key bridge between market opportunities and client needs, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution from product structuring to back-office coordination.

  • Business Execution & Expansion: Drive the growth of Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate derivative portfolios through proactive sales and market engagement.

  • Product Innovation: Design, develop, and optimize bespoke financial products and hedging solutions tailored to specific client requirements.

  • Target Achievement: Identify new business opportunities and strategic leads to consistently meet or exceed assigned performance benchmarks and KPIs.

  • Documentation Management: Facilitate and streamline the execution of standard derivative legal frameworks, including ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to ensure smooth trade implementation, risk monitoring, and operational tracking.

  • Working place: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong preference for STEM fields (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics) or other highly quantitative disciplines.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Treasury Sales, Repo/Reverse Repo, or Money Market operations.

  • Professional designations such as CFA or FRM are highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Reuters Dealing terminals.

    • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese  and English is essential for client interaction and reporting.

  • An innovative mindset with high self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
