Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Job Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
