Job Description

[JOB OPPORTUNITY] BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Location: HCM Office
  • Salary Range: 40,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND (Gross)
  • Team Size: 3 members (1 Supervisor, 2 Executives)
  • Reporting to: Business Development Director

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by expanding our client portfolio and promoting digital marketing products to local and international brands. You will lead a team, shape business strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery for IMC and media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Identify and approach new clients to achieve personal and team revenue targets.
  • Strategy & Proposal: Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Planning) to develop and present winning IMC/digital proposals.
  • Financial Management: Control campaign Profit & Loss (P&L) and report monthly revenue/profit.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and oversee initial contract negotiations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and guide the BD team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: 5-7 years in client sales within advertising, media, or digital marketing (Meta, Google, Display, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; international education is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, sales planning, and team management skills.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
  • Traits: Proactive, strategic thinker, resilient, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
