Job Description

The COO (Chief Operating Officer) will oversee daily operations of advertisement agency to ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and business performance. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring resources, processes, and people are optimized to support sustainable growth.

Supervisory Responsibility

Directly supervise Department Heads and ensure cross-functional collaboration across ~100 employees. Drive operational KPIs, performance management, and workforce optimization.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Translate CEO’s strategic direction into actionable operational plans.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, workflow optimization and margin improvement.
  • Strengthen internal operational processes and quality control standards.
  • Lead manpower planning and capacity optimization.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting and HR on budgeting and people strategy.

Job Requirement

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital marketing / advertising industry.
  • At least 3–5 years in senior operational leadership role.
  • Experience managing 50+ employees preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong operational management and execution capability.
  • Project management and process optimization expertise.
  • Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity, strong governance mindset and growth mindset.
  • Client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
