Job Description

A globally recognized leader and the number one infant formula brand is expanding its footprint. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Manager to be the driving force behind our growth in the vibrant Vietnam market.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our business from the ground up. You will be at the helm of company's sales strategy, guiding our expansion across key channels and nurturing strong relationships with our partners and team.

 Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Drive Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue, growth, and profitability goals for the Vietnam market.

  • Lead Channel Expansion: Manage and grow our distribution network, forging new partnerships and strengthening existing ones across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Hospital/Pharmacy channels.

  • Build & Mentor a Team: Recruit, lead, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Maintain strong, strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure long-term brand success.

  • Manage Performance: Oversee sales budgets, optimize pricing, and develop effective promotional programs to support market share growth.

  • Analyze & Adapt: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and adapt our strategy accordingly.

  • Global-Local Alignment: Ensure local sales execution is in perfect alignment with our regional and global strategic objectives.

 

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive managerial experience in the infant formula or FMCG sector.

  • A proven track record of developing sales channels, managing distributors, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Chinese language is a plus
