Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
