Job Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven online sales strategies, leading to sustained revenue growth by leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Spearhead a cross-functional team, optimizing e-commerce operations across key platforms (Facebook, Website, Zalo, Hotline), enhancing user experience, website functionality, and customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize online product assortments, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions, ensuring alignment with customer demands and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Expand online sales channels, driving market penetration and engagement across emerging platforms to increase brand visibility and diversify revenue streams.
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring consistent monitoring and analysis of sales performance, promotions, and cost of goods sold (COGS) ratios to drive profitability.
  • Devise and implement targeted promotional strategies in alignment with overall business goals, focusing on efficient cost management (COGS and operating expenses) to achieve superior ROI.
  • Led cross-functional teams by identifying individual capabilities and effectively allocating tasks to maximize team productivity and performance in key operational areas.
  • Provide regular performance reports, assessing business results against KPIs, and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
  • Proactively addressed operational challenges and customer service issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day e-commerce management and continuous improvements in service quality.

Job Requirement

- Strong knowledge and experience with sales operation, owned channels and ecom platform

- Strong planning, decision making and execution capability.

- Strong collaborative, creative, resourceful & strategic minded.

- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good analytical skills and high adaptability.

- Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent.
