Job Description
Advising the Board of Directors in developing marketing strategies, and product branding in line with the company's overall objectives;
Product Communication
- Planning, supervising, and taking responsibility for keyword SEO campaigns, Digital Marketing, and e-commerce platforms to achieve customer data targets as assigned by KPIs.
- Managing and evaluating the effectiveness of work, including setting goals, planning, evaluation, feedback to achieve good results.
Brand Communication:
- Budgeting marketing expenses monthly, quarterly, annually. Building, organizing and implementing marketing programs, advertisements, displays, promotions... Timely adjusting marketing program activities, enhancing the company's brand both online and offline.
- Brand management, branding, packaging planning, labels, POSM, brochures... for the company's products.
- Handling risks or crises related to the brand and company image.
- Collaborating with the Human Resources department to conduct customer events and internal communication activities.
- Building a customer care system and implementing Trade MKT programs to increase sales at sales points and distributors.
Human Resources Training:
- Establishing procedures, regulations, and instructional documents for assigned job scope activities;
- Organizing management, building, and training human resources in specialized fields for the company;
- Reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of each communication channel, marketing activity.
- Performing other marketing tasks as required and directed by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University or higher in Marketing/Business Administration or related fields,
- Experience in B2B marketing and in operating e-commerce platforms, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Deep understanding of Digital marketing, experience in Trade marketing is an advantage.
- Human resource management skills (goal-oriented management, process management, task delegation, training, evaluation, motivation).
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, decisiveness... and willingness to travel.
- Able to withstand high work pressure.
