Job Description
We are looking for Expat talent for the positon of Executive Creative Director with the scope of work such as:
Creative Excellence
- Drive creative excellence. Guide the teams. Own the process. Recognize opportunities.
- Strategically push the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables.
- Skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (influencer, activations-experiential, digital, social, print, OOH, video).
- Build an inspirational environment for the big creative teams to live in and be proud of, encouraging them to complete tasks at their best excellence.
- Take responsibility for keeping the agency’s creative philosophy and best output across the agency.
- Understand commercial aspects of the agency as well as clients.
Leading Creative Department
- Guide, mentor, and nurture growing teams to create first-in-class creative work by keeping them inspired and thirsty for reaching higher quality with big ambitions and dreams.
- Support the teams to come up with the best creative ideas that not only match the client’s expectations but also give the teams room to outperform themselves.
- Maintain and grow the health and culture of your department - Make it a fun place to create greatness!
- Manage and lead multiple creative teams while also driving the creative discipline across the agency.
Working with Our Clients
- Develop, nurture, and grow client relationships.
- Expand existing brands and participate in new business to generate additional revenue.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of each client’s products, marketing goals, and objectives in order to produce innovative work.
- Win a room over. Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills including the ability to properly define and explain the creative work and your rationale behind it. Evoke excitement and passion with your recommendations.
- Lean into client relationships to push the company’s boundaries.
Operationally
- Support and comply with BOD’s vision.
- Work with the recruitment team to attract and recruit top-tier creative talent and ensure your teams are being allocated properly.
- Maintain profitability within the group. Proactively seek new business opportunities and wins for growth.
Job Requirement
- At least fifteen years of relevant experience, with five or more years as an Executive Creative Director in advertising agencies.
- Experience in handling diversified clients, including but not limited to Tech, FMCG (F&B, Cosmetics, …), Automobile, and Pharmaceuticals, ….
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and dependable.
- Excellent in English.
- Strong creative vision with a business-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Art/ Graphic Design/Marketing/ Communications or other relevant fields.
