Job Description

A global FMCG company is seeking EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE with details:

  1. The roles  
  • Support export operations (include foreign customers in VietNam): Assist in receive order, translate and update information follow customer  requiry
  • Perform sales operations effectively, direct work with 3PL company
  • Provide accurate report to manager
  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing  export sales processes and ensuring the successful delivery of products to customer.
  • Take care of customers directly from sales channels to get purchase order
  • Cooperate with 3PL company
  • Follow and implement weekly plan
  • Cooperate with related departments to build Customer Database, control and follow up business transaction
  • Prepare Commercial Contract, quotation, design shipping plan and follow up
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with your internally based colleagues as well as the regional offices to achieve the designated growth targets
  • Deal with customers’ request/claim on product-related issues
  • Other tasks will be asigned by line manager

Job Requirement

  • Good in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data analyst ( is an advantage)
  • Able to build relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of product and sector
  • Able to multi-task
