Job Description

Our client is a facility company, we are looking for potential candidate with experience in facility amangement with details:

  • To provide efficient supports services for the clients
  • To be a “switchboard operator” metaphorically
  • To be a capable butler
  • To carry out daily walk-through  report and resolution for defects (if any)
  • To manage and maintain the relationship with subcontractors
  • To coordinate with the subcontractors  in conducting frequency PPMs
  • To record and manage utilities bills.
  • To tracking and manage office stationaries
  • To provide food and beverage as request and manage the report.
  • To manage the Financial Invoices & support Facility Manager in procurement as assigned
  • To retain the good condition of office/ COB office/ non-operating office furniture.
  • To follow task/duty as assigned by system

Job Requirement

  • Graduate from University / College with major in English
  • Has at least 2 year experience in building operation / risk management/ property management
  • At least Intermediate English level
  • Has passed the mandatory security clearance as stipulated by the company.
  • Quick adapt to the changing environment
  • Meticulous, well-organized, open-minded and team-worked can be the advantages
  • HSE knowledge is a “must requirement”
  • Time management and self-planning are prioritized.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and adheres to rules
  • Proficient with computers, fax machines, copiers and other business machines
