Factory Manager

A No-Sew (Nosew) Factory Manager oversees advanced thermal-bonding, heat-transfer, and lamination production lines—primarily in footwear manufacturing. Key responsibilities include production scheduling, quality control of chemical bonding, and process optimization.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage daily operations for non-stitch, heat-seal (H/F), and bonding assembly lines to hit output targets.
• Technical Quality Control: Resolve defects in chemical adhesive application, thermo-welding, and material delamination.
• Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing, reduce material waste, and improve line efficiency.

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of proven management/technical experience specifically within the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Technical Expertise: Exceptional, hands-on knowledge of footwear printing technologies (Chemical/Screen/Heat Transfer) and advanced No-sew processes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong capability in production planning, quality management, and process troubleshooting on the factory floor.
• Nationality: Open to both Expats and Vietnamese Nationals.
• Language: Knowledge of Vietnamese is a strong plus for Expat candidates
