Job Description
- Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Finishing Division
- Responsible for the set-up of the Division and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures and to make sure working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures are strictly followed within the Division
- Controlling production cost and use of production facilities
- Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control
- Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Finishing Division, controlling production activities in term or output quality and quantity and time delivery to achieve planned production.
- Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Technical and QA/QC
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department
Job Requirement
- University degree in related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in furniture finishing in high-end indoor furniture manufacturers, at least 3 years experience at management level.
- Strong leadership, organization and reporting skill,
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative and affable.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic & willing accept & propose change if it is required
- Communication and interpersonal relationship
- Fluent in English communication is an advantage
