Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as General Manager or Group Property Director of Real Estate Management Company. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing residential properties with over 2000 units.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the real estate management company's operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and profitability of residential properties.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate management.
- Lead and mentor a team of property managers and staff to achieve company objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the real estate portfolio.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in managing residential properties with over 2000 units.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field (preferred).
